I have two timing lights sitting around that are more for points systems and more specifically older cars. They could be made to work on a points-based bike with some wiring. One does have a third wire that goes in-between the spark plug and cap. I've tested this, works just fine. However, it's the adapter for the plugs that retain the cap on them. Make a spring/adapter, or keep the cap on.
The tach/dwell meter is two wires, intended for going between a battery and points. No idea if it works, probably does.
I don't want these being pitched. Someone here can probably use them for an old bike or antique car. All I'm asking for is price of shipping, and ideally a $5 or $10 on top of that.
