CB175 kick start with aftermarket mufflers

Hey all, thought I'd share this in case anyone has the same problem.

I had a "mechanic" replace the rusted-out exhaust pipes on my CB175, and the ones he used blocked the kick starter.

Instead of replacing the mufflers again, Russ Lang on the old forum tipped me off to replacing the kick starter with this one from TBolt:

It fits a 14mm mounting shaft, which works for my '72 CB175 K6. Here it is on Russ' bike:

You have to place it on there just right so it doesn't hit the oil cap. It seems to work and doesn't hit the mufflers, but by bike doesn't start ATM so I can't say it'll start it haha
 
When I put low pipes on my CL350, I had to replace the kickstarter lever with one that would clear the pipe. I used one of similar design to yours, which came stock on the later 350s.
