hey all, started getting this oil leak around the actuator cover when I start the engine. First inclinations on what the cause / source could be ?

I have traced an excessive oil leak coming from the points cover. Oil is coming out of the seal behind the advancer. While doing this inspection ive found a lot of up & down play in the end of the Exhaust Camshaft, the aluminium housing has worn so I replaced the housing with a better condition...
