The frame was modified when I bought this bike. The seat was actually a ceiling fan blade with threaded inserts, thumb screws, and upholstered with snake-skin looking vinyl. I put thicker foam and black vinyl on, and it stayed like that for years until the rear shocks went out.
We welded a metal handle to the back and then flamed the frame to bend it.
A friend helped me modify the frame, so it wouldn't bottom out. We machined brass bushings with a taper to fit with the new shocks, and welded new attachment points.
I made a new seat by shaping plywood, and upholstering with vinyl and foam pad.
