As many of us know, Frank has not been responsive for a couple of months or so now, so we did not know exactly why he hasn't posted lately or answered the requests for new CDIs either.

I have tried multiple times to get in touch with him, finally was able to do that today. Long (and personal/private) story is, he is going through legal battles that have literally taken up most of his time aside from his day job. He realizes that he should get in contact with some, but he is unfortunately fully immersed in his current legal situation and simply does not have time to deal with anything else aside from his sole source of income. It's far deeper than that but I'll leave it up to him to explain further privately if he wants.

I'd like everyone who has ordered and paid for a CDI unit from him to PM me so I can help him coordinate. He is willing to give refunds if a purchaser is unable to wait another couple weeks for the unit they need, or partial refunds if they're willing to be patient until he can get them done.

We all appreciate what Frank does for these models and I would personally like to see him get his life back to normal again so he could continue to participate here at VHT, but his personal life is the most important thing to him at the moment.

Good afternoon. I have not been on the forum for several 6-7 weeks. I ordered a cdi from Frank. I would like a refund. I wish him the best, no hard feelings. Just wish I'd known this when I ordered the part because of the timeline needed for this repair. How do I get that to happen?

I will let him know that you are one who would prefer a refund.

He is about an hour from me, I've met up with him a few times, and knew there was a bit of a situation. I'm glad you posted that he is at least physically OK as I tried to touch base with him a few times via text and also got no reply. Prayers his situation improves.
