It would appear to be, but since you're not in Canada I'm not sure why you found one there. Many of us here buy the same chain from Two Wheels Frank in Germany and his price including shipping usually beats everyone else. However, and it probably has something to do with Covid because I've bought probably 3 of them, now it says they do not ship to the US
