The Kymco people 150 was a result of taking my wife to Wheel Sports. She saw it and wanted it. It was oddly nice to be sitting in the junkyard and they only wanted $350 for it - and it had a clear title. Took about $100 worth of generic Chinese parts from Amazon to make it run like new. If they had 4 more I would buy them all.
Yeah, my detached garage is shared by my wife's truck and gardening stuff, so I really only have about 60% of 24x36.
In the winter my wifes convertible is back there. This time of year - nothing but space. But this one is just a single 9ft door and maybe 20x24? Something like that.

The boat and her SUV live in the front garage. My truck and her convertible live in the driveway in the summer. Winter configuration is moving her car to my shop.
