Brought home a new toy, Benly 160 (CA95E). But it's missing parts. :( Namely, it needs a new wiring harness. The existing one has been unalived by the passage of time and previous owners abusing it. Does anyone have a link to aftermarket wiring harness's? This model has an electric starter. hoping to keep that in action.

I don't think our go-to for wiring harnesses (Sparck Moto and Vintage Connections) has one for your CA95 (the E is from the engine number, the frame number is CA95), but he might be able to help you with a custom harness. You won't find any better quality than his products, and the owner Matt is also a member here (@Sonreir) who offers great support for everything he sells.

Thanks for the reply. Matt is a Fellow Oregonian. I checked his site, says he is not taking on customs right now. I might just buy one of his kits and make it myself.

The CA95 is a 150, the 160 is a CA160. Not sure if any changes in wiring diagram or harness, but good to know for parts hunting purposes. Mostly they are the same except for engine parts.

As a option I have used many Thailand based sellers for my parts for builds. Here is a seller I can recommend who has a complete ready to plug and play harness for just over $60 US.
I have used many harnesses from Thailand and they are top quality and match the colour codes correctly.
