1978 CB400T aluminum rim upgrade.

It was just about to switch my 1978 CB400tIIs rear wheel back to an 18 inch from a 16 inch that the previous owner put on it. I found a donor cb400tI with an 18 inch spoked wheel but I didn't notice that it was missing a spoke. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with upgrading to a 2.15 inch wide aluminum rim.That way, I could have more tire options in the future.
