1971 CB450 for sale [PRICE REDUCED]

I'm letting the cb450 i got go for sale do to my back issues and the fact that when setting the points the cam chain was very loose. I adjusted the chain but the motor makes noise. It runs good but I don't have the space or time to fix it. I'll post pics later. It has an arm battery and an updated Rick's rectifier/regulator on it already. All the lights are less. I have all the original parts that were taken off. The forks have been rebuilt and it has new steering stem bearings in it. I am located in winnipeg.

Title status is clean and in my name free sand clear. I'd like to get 2500 but am open to offers that are reasonable.

Edit: price lowered to $3000 Canadian after engine repair.

Price? Title status?
 
Title status is clean and in my name free sand clear. I'd like to get 2500 but am open to offers that are reasonable. That's what I paid for it before the repairs.
 
Well had time to look at bike and need a new cam chain tensioner. Caught it in time.
 
Got the new gear and got it installed. Fired bike up. Sounds good. Need to make gaskets up for cam covers and see how it runs on a short ride when I get time.
 
Well cam timing is banging on. Starts and runs good. Have videos of it running but don't know if they are too big to download here ir not. Bike is going with all original parts. Looking for 3500 canadian. What just covers my cost. The tensioner gear is the metal one. The Cappellina number 11 tensioner gear.
 
That was the price before I fixed the issue with the cam chain. Now fixed and running i was looking now for $3000 canadian.

Yes, I see in post #10 you mentioned $3500 Canadian. I'll mark it as such, but you should also be able to edit the first post to mention it there as well.
