Hello! A couple questions… Any idea what could cause the “scuff marks” on my carb piston and/or should I be concerned? Also, does the fuel pump diaphragm‘s rubber boot go under the carb body or does it fit within the opening, flush with the top surface? Please and thank you! (Photos below)
