Bike has been running good. Took it on a fairly spirited ride today, and it doesn't want to idle when I got back home - drops off to nothing. It is in the mid to upper 80's for temp outside. What would cause the idle to go to hell after the bike is good and hot? Thanks

If you did the carb adjustments prior without actually riding it first, then it might need to be done again. Carb body temperature as well as engine temperature play a part in how it idles. Most older Honda twins with miles on them don't like to idle well cold, but once warmed up they usually do fine unless the carbs aren't completely clean.

Also, you should either mention your bike in your posts or add the model in your signature so we know which bike the question is asked about.

Sorry - it's a 1972 CB 350. Was wondering - isn't that also a symptom of a failing condenser? I hate to throw parts at it

Maybe I should dig into the electrical a bit. All these weird carb issues make me wonder if it is carb related or electrical
