Hey @Old biker, I believe these are a set of mismatched carbs. The top one reads 14H, and the lower one 723A. They use a different fuel mixture screw.
Would you happen to have any spare carbs lying around, to find their mates?

I wouldn't know what to price them at, haven't used any stock 450 carbs in decades. Hopefully someone will have a suggestion, or you could check typical eBay pricing for a decent set and go from there.

I would personally sell them separate, seeing as though they are two different models.

Curious to know what carb you run on your 450 and why not stock?
