Hey guys- I tried to search for a similar question and no luck.

I've been through the ringer with this bike, but that's another story. New wiring harness, new OEM points, new (4-1) coils, new NGK plugs, new NGK plug boots.
Amongst other issues, I found that the wiring going from coils to points had a small break, and this whole wire was replaced with new. Had trouble about a month ago, and one set screw for the right-side points was stripped. Got that all sorted out.

Last weekend it developed backfiring on acceleration, and stuttering. The right-side points had a HUGE spark. Ok- changed out the condenser and now the bike idles and revs without backfire. Watching it run however, the right-side points are sparking more than the left, and occasionally sparks fly out of them. What am I missing here? The left looks to be functioning textbook. Is this just carbon buildup on the points that will go away if I clean and gap them (again)?

I realize that a billion tiny things could compile to lead up to a tuning issue, but any direction you more experienced folks could suggest to help my troubleshooting is much appreciated.

Generally when the points seem to be moving more, it means the gap is larger (or the cam bearing on that end has more wear allowing the end of the camshaft to oscillate, but the engine would not run well and would be hard to start). So it's possible one set of points has a modestly larger gap than the other, but as long as both fall into the spec range and it runs well then no big deal. There will be some level of spark at the points even with a good condenser, but continuous and/or excessive is a sign that one is going bad or shot. Cleaning the points can help but may change the gap which will, of course, affect the timing a little.
